SME Digitalization Initiative is a new grant initiative provided by the Ministry of Finance Malaysia to assist Small and Medium Enterprises (“SME”) to adopt digitalization in their business operations.

The government will provide a 50% matching grant of up to RM5,000 per company when you sign up for HReasily. Worth RM 500 million over 5 years, limited to the first 100,000 SMEs.

How to apply?

Contact HReasily & let us know that you would like to subscribe for the service under the SME Digitalization Initiative Grant.

Prepare the required documents

• Audited financial statement for the last financial year and the latest management account. (if any) or evidences of sales turnover (if any).
• SME Digitalization Initiative Application Form.
• Copy of Identity Card or Passport of Director (s) / Partner (s) / Proprietor(s).
• Company’s bank statement for the last two (2) months.
• Copy of business registration licenses (CCM, Form A/B, Form 24 & 49 and M&A or any similar forms under the Companies Act 2016).
• Invoice from HReasily

Submit your Application

Each state will have a dedicated BSN team that will process your application.
You may submit your application at your state BSN branch, OR email your application to your state BSN team.

Post-Submission, What’s Next?

Once your application has been approved, notify your HReasily sales representative that you would like to proceed with payment. Your payment is the difference of the total invoice after deducting the subsidized amount from the grant.

Post-Payment, What’s Next?

Once payment has been made to HReasily, send proof of payment receipt to any of the BSN’s branches or email your state BSN team.

After that, just enjoy our services & don’t worry about the rest.

FAQ

If I am an existing HReasily customer, may I still apply for the grant?

Please reach out to our sales team to discuss further as we will have to verify your subscription period and the plan that you are on.

If I am a reseller/outsourcing partner of HReasily, can my customers apply for the grant?

Yes, you may, however the invoice should be by the approved TSP vendors only (ie: HReasily).

Does this apply to Monthly Subscription or only for Annual Subscription plan?

This grant only applies to annual subscription plans.

If I have already applied for this grant for another service, can I apply again to subscribe for HReasily?

Unfortunately no, the grant can only be applied once for each company.

If I am a director of a few different companies, can I apply more than once?

Yes, the grant application is based on each company, if you have more than one company, you can apply for the grant for each of your companies.
